Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

+ $17.17-19.77 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

+ Starting pay $17.77 with progression to $19.77 over 4years.

Benefits include:

+ Vacation:70 hours to 120 hours days per year

+ Paid Sick Leave: All non-probationary drivers who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive forty-eight (48) hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year.; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.

+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

+ Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.

+ Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

+ Computer literate

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Ability to operate standard telephone system.

+ Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

+ The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

+ Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
