Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive
customer adoption and demonstrate ongoing value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer success plans based on customer
strategies and needs
Guide customers through onboarding and maximize platform adoption
and usage
Monitor customer health and communicate trends, opportunities, and
issues effectively
Required Qualifications and Education
At least five years of experience in technical customer support or
a similar role
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees may
substitute for experience
Experience with post-sales customer advocacy and engagement
Strong background in application-level support, including
installation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with network topologies and troubleshooting
techniques
