Job Description:

Immediate opening for a Production Scheduler in Riverside, CA facility. This position will perform all Scheduler duties and act as a training expert for the company in rolling out communication and provide subsequent training and schedule facilities to meet customer and company requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Individual will be working with all levels of the company to plan, set, and support a Sales and Operations Production plan.

Perform the production scheduling to maximize on-time delivery, productivity, inventory turns, gross profit, etc; utilize level loading practices for production lines by using plant loading tools and lean methodology.

Establish commitment (promise ship) dates for scheduled sales orders. Works directly with manufacturing to support customer on-time delivery.

Will work with various departments and Corporate scheduling to set long term production schedules and commitments for high volume orders.

Communicates with various departments on any schedule changes that will adversely affect overall schedule execution or customer expectation.

Works directly with the Materials management team and fellow associates to ensure that raw materials and customer supplied items are available to support the production schedule.

Responsible for documenting current processes and creating necessary instruction/learning materials and guides necessary to support team member training.
