Key Responsibilities
Analyze and map the customer journey for property owners, managers,
and residents
Develop and maintain training materials and resources in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Foster customer relationships through regular engagement and
feedback collection
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in customer enablement, training, or a
related role
Strong understanding of the customer journey in property
management
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
