Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards responsible
for overseeing and implementing compensation and benefit programs
across the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage compensation strategies and benefit programs to
ensure market competitiveness
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align compensation
and benefits with business goals
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and prepare
reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant
certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits
management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience overseeing compensation and benefits across the Americas
region
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
in the Americas
Proficiency with compensation and benefits management software and
tools
