Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager -
Residential Energy Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contracted scopes of work and oversee a team across various
program areas
Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and act as the primary
contact for project activities
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to work plans to ensure
timely project launches
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2-4 years of project management or relevant technical/business
experience
1+ year of people leadership and management experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work
experience
Experience managing a portfolio of projects, typically less than
$1M in annual revenue
Familiarity with home construction, energy efficiency, and relevant
building codes
