Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Account Director (Agency
Relationships) to lead account management for large brand clients
and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic
solutions and fostering long-term relationships
Oversee account management, ensuring client needs are prioritized
and performance metrics are communicated effectively
Lead and mentor a Client Experience team, promoting collaboration
and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in client experience or account management,
with significant senior leadership experience in a marketing
agency
Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and
deliver exceptional client experiences
Experience in developing and executing strategic plans related to
client experience
Familiarity with client management and CRM systems, such as
Salesforce or HubSpot
