Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Contracts
to manage complex customer contracts and RFPs.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating customer contracts, including licensing
and data protection agreements
Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and
consistency in contract terms
Developing and maintaining playbooks for customer contracts and
data protection agreements
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
15+ years of contract management and negotiation experience
Proven ability to manage and develop contracts professionals
Familiarity with legal concepts such as Intellectual Property and
global data privacy compliance
Experience working cross-functionally with legal, sales,
operations, and product teams
