Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President for their Low
Dollar Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement short and long-range plans to achieve
business unit goals
Achieve financial objectives and contribute to business development
processes
Oversee employee evaluation processes and ensure compliance with
quality and regulatory programs
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management,
Business (MBA/MHA) or related field
Minimum of five years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management or
related healthcare operations
Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue cycle and
healthcare industries
Experience in strategic planning and execution within a healthcare
context
Proven track record in staff development and talent management
