  • 403b Account MatchAbout this RoleUnion Station Homeless Services is hiring an Associate Director. The selected candidate will manage multi-site operations in the San Gabriel and Los Angeles areas through subordinate managers assigned to services which encompass outreach, interim housing, housing navigation, etc. If you have a passion for building, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performance team, and serving the most vulnerable in our communities, we encourage you to apply.Candidates that are successful in the assessment process will be invited to a selection interview.     • Plans, assigns, evaluates, and manages multiple teams to ensure operational and staff activities align with Union Station Homeless Services (USHS) policies and procedures, as well as funding source contract requirements.
    • Promotes a workplace culture of inclusion, respect, and positivity to ensure optimal team performance.
    • Monitors occupancy rates, invoicing, key performance indicators, and objectives and key results to ensure optimal team performance and program outcomes.
    • Works collaboratively with the data and reporting team to ensure alignment with quality assurance standards.
    • Facilitates team and individual meetings.EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
      • A minimum of three years' experience providing case management support to persons experiencing homelessness, or at risk of homelessness, including working with persons experiencing chronic health issues, mental health needs, or with histories of substance use.
      • At least two years of supervisory experience.
      • At least two years of program management experience in a social service organization.
      • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
