Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Management Analyst (Risk Management) to support the Risk Management function at a Federal Agency.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies aligned with agency objectives
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for critical projects, including IT modernization and cloud migrations
Monitor risk indicators and maintain a risk register to ensure accountability and transparency


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Public Administration, or related field (or 8+ years of relevant experience)
5-8 years of experience in risk management or related fields, preferably in a federal agency or large organization
Strong knowledge of federal risk management frameworks, including NIST SP 800-37 and FISMA
Experience in developing risk mitigation strategies and monitoring risk controls for complex programs
Experience working in a federal government environment, with familiarity in IT risk management practices
