Key Responsibilities
Define innovative, best-in-class products for Investing through
strategic guidance and workshops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and ship
high-impact opportunities across Investing products
Support senior product and content designers in staffing, career
development, and building an inclusive culture
Required Qualifications
4+ years of design management experience in a software company
10+ years of product design experience in a consumer software
company
Proven track record of setting a vision for customer experiences
and translating it into a prioritized roadmap
Experience in hiring and growing a diverse team
Interest in fintech and experience building modern fintech products
is a bonus
