Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tooling and Infrastructure Operations
Manager to develop and launch tools and platforms for internal
teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design
solutions
Manage the onboarding process and provide training and technical
support
Oversee the performance reporting of systems and programs
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a technology or consulting
environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree is a plus
Experience managing large cross-functional projects in technology
or operations
Hands-on experience with onboarding teams and providing technical
support
Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is
a bonus
