A company is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead
recruiting and hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-impact searches, overseeing all stages
from role design to offer stage
Provide DEIBW-centered consultation to hiring teams, ensuring
equity-centered processes
Lead and support key talent acquisition initiatives, including
mentoring team members and facilitating professional
development
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing senior-level searches and
supporting talent acquisition functions
Experience designing and leading equitable hiring processes that
mitigate bias
Proven ability to implement process improvements and deploy new
strategies
Experience using applicant tracking systems or similar HR tools
High energy and passion for the organization's mission and
values
