Key Responsibilities
Lead complex cross-functional programs to support Talent
Acquisition goals
Partner with various teams to drive enhancements in recruiting
tools and processes
Set and analyze program goals, reporting on impact and making
data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Recruiting Enablement, Program Management, or related
fields
Experience with large-scale change and technology
implementations
Proven track record in delivering key recruiting programs linked to
business strategy
Proficiency in recruiting tools and knowledge of the recruiting
lifecycle preferred
Formal training in Agile methodology is beneficial
