A company is looking for a Workforce Management Coordinator (Nights and Weekends).



Key Responsibilities

Monitor service levels and site performance in real-time across all communication channels
Communicate changes in contact patterns to operations and the WFM team
Process vacation and overtime requests while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders


Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
1+ years of experience in a Workforce Management role, preferably as a Real Time Analyst
Experience with WFM software solutions and call management systems
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Ability to work nights and weekends
