A company is looking for a Director, Operations Strategy in
virtual healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement actionable plans to meet short-term goals in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Lead long-term planning activities and evaluate innovative
solutions to scale operations
Analyze operations strategy to meet growth targets and ensure
stakeholder satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, and operations,
with at least 5 years in healthcare
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare
administration, public health, or related field (Master's
preferred)
Proven track record of leading teams and working with C-suite
executives and frontline staff
Experience in value-based care or implementing clinical
solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives requiring data analysis
and organizational change management
