A company is looking for a Med Comms Operations Director to join
their Medical Communications department in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement industry-aligned benchmarks for task
completion, costs, and quality standards
Standardize processes across functions to improve efficiency and
optimize cost-effectiveness
Manage client expectations and project scope to prevent scope creep
and ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
PhD required
10-15 years of experience in a medical communications agency
environment
Senior-level experience in operations or project management
Experience with Workfront and Proof HQ
Proven ability to set standards and benchmarks within the Med Comms
industry
