Management to oversee marketing business management and executive
business review sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the continuous improvement of the executive Rhythm of Business
(RoB) function
Oversee the marketing budgeting and spend management process,
ensuring compliance with policies
Develop and execute strategies that drive alignment and improve
sales and marketing ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA
preferred
10+ years of experience in business and operations management
Proven expertise in data analytics, reporting, and performance
metrics
Experience in large scale budget and spend management
Strong leadership and team management skills
