Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to maintain
and grow relationships with clients and ensure their data science
goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement and adoption of the company's
platform
Identify upsell opportunities and manage renewals effectively
Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and
address risks
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS/AI
environment
Experience with relevant products such as Cloudera, Databricks, or
Sagemaker
Technical aptitude to understand the company's portfolio
Proven track record of exceeding goals and managing multiple
accounts
Proficiency in SFDC and CRM tools
