IFS has an exciting opening for a Regional Vice President due to expanded growth!Position SummaryThe Regional Vice President is a key business partner to the Sr. Vice President and a core member of the Operations Leadership Team. This leader is responsible for implementing and improving the commercial and operational capabilities of IFS across the defined area of responsibility. This leader will develop and execute a growth strategy for IFS, leveraging commercial excellence and both organic and inorganic levers to drive profitable growth and sustainability.

• Candidate must live in Southern California area
• Territory will include CA, WA, AZ and UT
• Up to 50% travel
• Salary range $120-150K + bonusCore Responsibilities
  • Manage margin and profitability for defined area of the business.
  • 3-4 direct reports.
  • P&L responsibility for $40-$75M in revenue in a union environment.
  • Provide operational oversight for IFS service delivery and execution activities. Ensure a strong operating system and cadence to drive efficiency across service operations.
  • Responsible for P&L Leadership including commercial, operational, and financial components.
  • Proactively identify and drive both organic and non-organic growth through upselling, cross-selling, reselling, etc.
  • Identify, lead, develop, and empower top talent to drive high-performing teams across functional areas of the business.
  • Articulate and communicate business strategy across all levels of the organization.
  • Own customer satisfaction and quality of service provided by the field-based service delivery organization. Lead the team to consistently meet or exceed customer service levels through culture, systems, and performance management.
  • Lead and manage a highly distributed and complex workforce providing quality services to a diverse set of customers.
  • Leverage metrics to monitor performance and execution while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes.Experience Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of experience in the janitorial industry.
    • Must also have experience in a union environment.
    • P&L Leadership.
    • People Leadership Experience - experience including management of a highly distributed and diverse workforce with a minimum of 5 years in the janitorial industry leading a unionized workforce.
    • Deep knowledge and expertise of world-class operational excellence tools and methodologies including experience working in a continuous improvement culture where accountability is critical.
    • Ability to drive operational initiatives and improvements across a distributed workforce and business footprint.
    • Strong understanding of the importance of creating value, driving cash flow and EBITDA.
    • Vendor and contract management experience.Education
      • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
      • English proficiency, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Travel: Up to 50%
