Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Project Management and
Business Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple complex projects with cross-functional
teams
Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and document
business requirements
Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders and support data-driven
decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading large, complex projects in
cross-functional environments
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets) and
business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA)
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring project
teams
Proficiency in change management and risk management
Understanding of Customer Success Group/Professional Services and
internal project management
