Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust Incident Manager who will
oversee incident management processes and improve customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain incident handling strategies and processes
Manage customer communications during incidents and coordinate with
internal teams
Train and mentor staff on incident management and trust
communications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise technical support incident
management, preferably in SaaS
Experience managing large-scale processes and trend analysis
Experience in Cloud Support and Engineering organizations
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Experience in training and mentoring employees
