Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant
to support business partners and clients in data integration
requirements and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate customer requests and determine appropriate integration
solutions
Facilitate technical discovery sessions and coordinate testing
efforts
Document customer requirements and ensure smooth transitions to
production support teams
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in software development and
implementation
3+ years of experience in employee benefits, billing, or
software/platform consulting
Experience with systems integration and field-level interface
design
Knowledge of EDI formats such as 834, HR-XML, APIs including SOAP &
REST services
Bachelor's degree highly preferred in a STEM field
