2nd Shift AssemblersPay: $20.50/hr+Job Description:Company Overview: We specialize in manufacturing custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ranging from simple to highly complex designs. We are committed to training individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong capacity for learning.Position Overview: We are seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our 2nd shift. This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 4 months, located fully on-site in Garden Grove, California.Key Responsibilities:Assemble custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.Participate in training programs to learn specific processes and achieve IPC-620 class III certification.Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and techniques.Schedule:2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:00pmSelling points:These positions are open because the company is busy and growing.The majority of employees have worked here for 10+ yearsThe Company offers a skills matrix for a fair chance of pay increases and promotions (Most will be making $1-$2/hr more, within 6 months...if they pass certain skills tests)Once Direct, there are monthly production bonuses (between $50-200/month)Yearly reviews that offer promotions for hard workWork stability.
