Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist (HR) to
support various aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee change processes
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
regarding benefits and policies
Assist in payroll processing and maintain data integrity through
reporting and audits
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in a People Operations (HR) role
Solid understanding of compliance with employment law
Experience with HRIS reporting and data management
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple
responsibilities
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) is a plus
