Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Test Development Analyst -
Reading Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Writes and edits test questions and assessment materials for
reading instruction
Oversees the development of test objectives, practice tests, and
study guides
Collaborates with client services to create innovative solutions
for assessment needs
Required Qualifications
A master's or doctorate degree in a field related to reading
development or instruction
Experience as a reading specialist or intervention specialist in a
public school setting
Knowledge of scientifically based reading research and
evidence-based instructional strategies
Experience in providing feedback and professional development
Content development experience for educational publishers in
reading instruction is a plus
