A company is looking for a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to

Key Responsibilities
Consult with borrowers to evaluate mortgage options and manage a
pipeline of purchase and refinance loans
Utilize advanced technology to qualify borrowers for various loan
programs
Establish ongoing relationships by delivering exceptional customer
service
Required Qualifications
Recent mortgage loan origination experience (2+ years
preferred)
Active NMLS number and compliance with licensing requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing
priorities
Self-motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed in
sales
