Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer in the identity
and fraud mitigation space.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype significant features addressing user needs
across various industries
Lead cross-functional discussions to clarify goals and align on
project scope
Conduct UX research to identify user pain points and inform design
decisions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a product designer for responsive web
applications
Experience designing for multi-sided marketplaces or 0-1 product
platforms
Strong proficiency in UX research methodologies
Experience contributing to a design system and creating reusable
components
Mentoring experience with the ability to provide constructive
feedback
