Our client seeks a family medicine physician for an outpatient advanced primary care opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. The physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health and wellness principles to the employees and dependents of a local employer. • Manage only 10-15 patients per day
• Predictable workweek - 20 to 40 hours, flexible based on the candidate
• Few administrative hassles no billing or coding, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take work home)
• $250,000 - $285,000 base salary plus 10% quarterly quality bonus
