Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Client Service Specialist to
manage the delivery of contracted services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison for internal/external vendors to ensure timely
delivery of printed materials
Coordinate document prepress production with various teams and
assist in developing workflow processes
On-board and manage existing and new accounts while fostering
positive relationships with clients and vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Outlook)
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to
changing circumstances
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
