Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Follow-Up Representative
to ensure proper billing and reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Contact insurance companies to secure and expedite payments
Manage follow-up and appeals resolution processes
Serve as a reference source for billing and insurance inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Two years post high school education or AA degree preferred
Related health care or insurance industry experience
Knowledge of Federal and State billing requirements preferred
Minimum two years patient accounting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration may
substitute for experience
