A company is looking for a Research Scientist in AI for Climate
& Weather Simulation for new college graduates in 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Propose, research, prototype, and test innovative ideas in climate
and weather simulation
Publish research findings in top conferences and journals
Collaborate with team members and mentor interns while
participating in technology transfer to product teams
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in geophysical sciences, computer science, applied
math/statistics, or related fields
Outstanding research portfolio with first-author publications
utilizing AI
Proficiency with distributed deep learning frameworks, such as
PyTorch
Experience in scaling algorithms for high computational loads
Expertise in climate domain science or nonlinear physics, with
familiarity in synthetic and observational datasets
