Job Description:
A company is looking for a CareIQ Intake Specialist I to provide
administrative customer service assistance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality telephonic customer service in a high-volume
call-center environment
Accurately enter and review data while operating proprietary
systems
Ensure regular updates to all case stakeholders and manage
scheduling challenges effectively
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma
Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service
environment
Ability to meet designated deadlines
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
Ability to work both independently and within a team
environment
