Job Description:
A company is looking for a Structural Biologist I to support the
variant assessment process by analyzing genetic variation impacts
on protein structure.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret structure-function relationships for variant
assessment
Develop new methods and protocols for structural modeling and
dynamics
Collaborate with various specialists to implement tools for
clinical and genetic analysis
Required Qualifications
PhD in computational biology, structural biology, biophysics,
bioinformatics, or equivalent experience
2+ years of research and development experience in related
fields
Strong knowledge of computational structural biology theories and
principles
Proficiency in bioinformatics and structural biology software and
databases
Familiarity with a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python,
R, Bash)
