Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to support its
internal IT environment remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize remote support tools to diagnose and resolve technical
issues for employees
Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets to ensure timely issue
resolution
Maintain and update IT documentation and track IT assets and
software licenses
Required Qualifications:
Must be located in the Hawaiian-Aleutian Time Zone and available to
work 11 a.m. - 8 p.m
Foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating
systems
Experience with Google Workspace
Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices
Technical expertise gained through education, certifications, or
work experience
