Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
provide technical support and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Address customer queries and provide support for CipherHealth
solutions
Configure solutions for various customer use cases and collaborate
with internal teams
Create customer-facing and internal documentation to support
solutions
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce
Service Cloud is a bonus
Experience in a user-facing support team is preferred
Familiarity with SaaS-based technologies
Experience in executing data interfaces and integrations, including
SFTP, HL7, SSO
Independent working style with the ability to make informed
decisions with minimal supervision
