Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriting Specialist to manage
underwriting responsibilities and colleague development.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview, hire, and train Underwriters to ensure proficiency in
their duties
Underwrite accounts for compliance with guidelines and consult on
unconventional risks
Maintain relationships with external partners and document all
communications in the Agency Management System
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
5+ years of experience in a related field
P&C License preferred
