Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Care Emergency Services
Specialist to join their Client Care Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve emergency situations and complaints from clients, tour
managers, and vendors
Document and track all issues for future trend analysis
Support and promote the company's values and vision through
collaboration
Required Qualifications and Education:
One to three years of experience in a related field
Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred, but combinations of
education and experience will be considered
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CRM management,
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and
holidays as needed
Spanish/French speaking skills are a plus
