Job Description:
This Collector Position Features:
40 hour work week + some OT as required. We need someone with
Consumer Collections (auto, credit card, unsecured loans). We are
big on customer service and even though a customer may be
delinquent, we treat them well - no nasty collecting allowed. It is
necessary to be computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
Internally we have 3 different programs we use for different parts
of the business. We need high energy, self directed, sense of
urgency, accurate, customer friendly yet effective collections.
