Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Optimization Analyst responsible
for identifying and addressing revenue cycle opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop recurring and ad-hoc revenue cycle reports
Analyze claims submission and revenue data to identify trends and
opportunities
Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders to optimize collections and
reduce exceptions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or accounting
preferred
2+ years of experience in healthcare billing and revenue cycle
management preferred
2+ years of analytical experience, preferably in healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Experience with SQL and Tableau preferred
