have 2 Space Systems Engineering Operations Technician - positions
available that will support one of our premier programs on our
Aurora, CO campus or at our Richardson, TX campus. These roles will
play a key part in assisting our large program team with metrics,
onboarding, meeting facilitation, and various support
activities.What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with program leadership to facilitate meetings and
ensure effective communication
- Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of
new staff members
- Support program activities and contribute to team success
- Support Satellite daily operations
- Attend meetings and other functions as requested
- Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to
include but not limited to presentations, reports, correspondence,
and other materialsQualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high
school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training) and a
minimum of 6 years of relative experience organizational
groups
- Active and transferable Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience working on Defense or Intelligence Agency Satellite
technologies and/or ground control systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but
not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and/or
ExcelQualifications We Prefer:
- Experience working with senior leadership on large teams
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably
present information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders

- Location Information: - These 2 positions are onsite roles at
our Aurora, CO (Denver area) campus: - OR - at our Richardson, TX
(North Dallas) campus: The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD
- 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired
