A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant to support
healthcare innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders to design and execute healthcare
innovation projects
Conducts industry research to identify trends and opportunities for
new product development
Manages a portfolio of projects while prioritizing deliverables
through a client-first approach
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health,
information systems, finance, law, or a related field
4+ years of healthcare experience with a benefits consulting firm,
payer, health plan, or related entity
Experience with managed care strategies and population risk
management
Proven experience in developing and implementing efficient benefit
delivery systems
Strong business acumen with knowledge of clinical aspects of
patient care and healthcare systems
