Job Description:
A company is looking for a RVP, Mid Market Sales professional to
join their Commercial Team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of self-insured employer
clients within a defined territory
Independently manage deals from initial conversation to close,
including contract negotiation
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful
implementation and renewals/upsells
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of work experience in employer sales with a history of
closing complex deals
Subject matter expertise in healthcare, employee health benefits,
or digital health
Proven track record of consistently attaining or exceeding sales
quotas
Must reside in the designated territory (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA,
MO, WI, IL, IN)
